Responsive and quiet but caused palm and wrist pain |
|
I found the Logitech Cordless Mouse responsive with a nice quiet "click". But even though I had handled it for several minutes before purchasing it to make sure it was comfortable in my hand, after three or four hours use I had a pain in the palm of my hand and up the inside of my forearm. The shape of a mouse is very important if you are going to use it for long periods and its comfort depends on how well it fits your hand. So although this mouse was too high for the palm of my hand, it might fit your hand perfectly. The only way to find out really is to try it.

Best of its kind |
Being a computer professional, Ive used a lot of different brands of computer mice :) This is my favourite so far, though I wish it was optical as well. Had it been optical, I would have given it 5 stars. As it is, it deserves 4½ stars, but alas, that is not an option. The mouse connected easily to my computer and I never have to worry about the cord getting tangled. Ive placed the receiver in the back of my desk and yet the mouse has no problem being "heard". It just works. The design of the mouse fits perfectly in my hand. I know that hands differ, but it fits as snug as a glove. Im a female, but have rather large hands. My hand rests comfortably on the mouse when Im using it. The surface is pleasantly soft and the thumb-button placed just right. As a sufferer of carpal tunnel syndrome, so Im very happy to be able to say that this mouse is less hassle and more fun than any other mouse Ive worked with - and absolutely no pain.
